When he reviewed the ultra-thin Apple iPad mini 4 upon its debut in fall 2015, Mashable's Ray Wong went so far as to deem it "[the] best tablet under 10 inches."
But at a base price of $599 for the 128GB model, Wong thought Apple was charging far too much for the device: "Buyers on a budget should steer clear of this tablet," he wrote at the time.
Well, steer clear no more: You can get an Apple iPad mini 4 with WiFi and 128 GB of storage for half off its MSRP at Walmart, so long as you're OK with buying certified refurbished.
