Metroid. Prime. 4.
Nintendo used the E3 2017 stage to deliver the news that fans have been waiting 10 years to hear: Metroid — a real one — is coming back, and it's a follow-up to the beloved Prime trilogy.
That's the good news. The bad news? There's not much else we can tell you right now. It's a Switch game, of course. It's coming... eventually. Nintendo won't even commit to 2018. Prepare for a wait.
It will be a first-person adventure, and producer Kensuke Tanabe will return to shepherd the game into being, just as he did for the original Prime trilogy. Read more...
