This sure looks cool AF.
Our first look at Code Vein — an upcoming action-RPG from publisher Bandai Namco — suggests there's combat in the style of Dark Souls fused with a visual aesthetic reminiscent of anime. That's pretty cool, I guess.
The story is set in a post-apocalyptic Earth that has been torn asunder by "Thorns of Judgment," which actually are literal, skyscraper-sized thorns. You play as a member of a secret society called Vein. At least, I think that's what's going on.
Code Vein is launching sometime in 2018, so expect some more info to come out when Bandai Namco makes with its E3 reveals next month. Read more...
