Apple has acquired Workflow, a popular productivity app that lets you automate tasks on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
The terms of the acquisition, which was first reported on by TechCrunch, were not made public, but Apple has confirmed the deal.
On the business end of things, Apple has picked up both the app and the team of young developers behind it. Apple already has a similar app on macOS called Automator, but the acquisition of Workflow might lead to integrated automation of tasks on Apple's mobile devices as well. Read more...
