So yeah, Amazon's Black Friday deals are pretty incredible — see everything that just went live

UPDATE: Nov. 26, 2021, 5:30 p.m. EST This story has been updated to include new deals on gaming, kitchen, smart home, tech, and more.

We've gathered up the best Black Friday deals at the mother of all Black Friday retailers: Amazon. Read on for our top picks.

This Black Friday shopping season — like most things in the last two years — has been completely unprecedented. It started with Amazon unveiling its early holiday sales event, Epic Daily Deals, on Oct. 4, marking what might be the earliest start to the shopping season we've ever seen. But for folks who didn't hop on the early deals train, Amazon just announced plans for its actual Black Friday sale — and it's going to be huge.

In a press release, Amazon provided a sneak peek of when the sales will drop, how to shop, and which products and brands will be on sale. The Black Friday event will run for 48 hours from Nov. 25 through Nov. 26 and will allegedly include more deals than ever before across basically every category, including tech, Amazon devices, home, kitchen, beauty, toys, streaming, and more.

If you're not into the whole commercial Black Friday thing, you'll also have the opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses (while still enjoying Amazon's fast shipping) by choosing gifts from amazon.com/supportsmall.

Best Amazon Black Friday deals

So far, we've seen huge discounts on Amazon devices, robot vacuums, headphones, iPads, and kitchen gadgets, and more. As we get closer and closer to the actual shopping holiday, we’re expecting to see even better sales on smart home gadgets, TVs, small kitchen appliances (like air fryers and Instant Pots), headphones, laptops, and tablets. We’ll probably also see some sweet gaming bundles — but if 2021 is anything like last year, Nintendo Switches and other gaming consoles will sell out fast.

On Nov. 19, Amazon dropped a huge list of its own devices at dirt cheap prices (probably to compete with Best Buy's Nov. 19 Black Friday deals event). We're seeing basically every configuration of Fire Tablet on sale, plus tons of Ring video doorbells, Echo devices, and more. We even saw the first discount on an Amazon device that hasn't even dropped yet — the Amazon Halo View fitness tracker — which was slashed by $30. Following that huge deals drop, Amazon has been releasing new device deals pretty much every day — the latest being a slew of Ring video doorbell bundles.

As of 3:00 A.M EST, Amazon has officially kicked off Black Friday (even though the shopping holiday has been going for basically two months). We spotted new deals on smart home gadgets, tech, kitchen products, vacuums, and gaming gear. All those deals and more are below.

Here's a master list of the best Black Friday deals we've seen on Amazon as of Nov. 26. (We'll keep updating this list as new products get added, so be sure to check back often.)

Please note: All newly added deals have been marked with a . Anything with a strikeout was either sold out or no longer available at the sale price as of this writing, but check back often — we're updating this page constantly.

Amazon device and smart home deals

Echo Show 8

Why we like it

This is the cheapest we've seen the updated Echo Show 8 since it was released earlier this year, and this deal beats the previous lowest price by $10. With a hefty 13 megapixel camera and a sweet new auto-focus feature for video calls, the Echo Show 8 gen 2 is a dream for connecting with loved ones, on top of being a nice smart home hub and hands-free assistant. Kitchen deals

Orange Sauteuse Oven

Why we like it

This French brand is known for their colorful Dutch ovens that evenly cook meats, soups, casseroles, and one-pot meals. When you're not cooking, it makes a great statement piece on your stovetop. And when the recipe calls for it, you can throw it in the oven. It cooks great, looks great, and for a limited time, is priced pretty great, too.

Why we like it

While not quite at its lowest price ever, this Shark robot vacuum is seeing a huge $250 discount, which is well-worth noting. It has a large self-emptying base that can hold up to 45 days of gunk, so you can truly go hands-free with cleaning for over a month at a time. It also features powerful suction, a self-cleaning brushroll, whole home mapping, and can be controlled with your phone or with your voice.

Why we like it

Hair with a little life in it doesn't have to be reserved for salon days. The cult favorite Revlon One-Step dries and delivers blowout-level shine without wrestling with multiple different tools. It's been relatively tricky to find in stock this holiday season, so if it's available when you click, grab it.

Streaming and gaming deals

Why we like it

You don't need a fancy smart TV to get great picture and access all your favorite streaming sites — a Fire Stick will do that for you. This one has support for 4K video and Dolby Atmos sound, plus it doubles as a smart home voice controller.

How to shop Amazon's Black Friday deals event

You'll find all the sweet sales at amazon.com/blackfriday, on the Amazon shopping app, at Amazon Books stores and Amazon 4-star physical locations, or even by asking Alexa what your deals are. It also pays to be a Prime member this Black Friday, since Prime members get a 30-minute head start on select Lightning Deals (which will definitely be a useful feature considering this year's supply chain challenges).

Amazon notes that all deals are while supplies last, so if you've waited this long to buy your holiday gifts, jump on the deals ASAP on Nov. 26 when they drop.

Supply chain scaries

You know, like the Sunday Scaries — but instead, the entire globe is running low on pretty much everything. Everything from books to the semiconductor chips that power smartphones, cars, and more are short-stocked, and it means that this holiday season, it's more important to actually find the products you're looking for rather than worry about if you're getting the cheapest deal.

With that being said, the new early sales strategy that Amazon has been running on was never just a ploy to get the holiday cheer going before winter actually hit — it was likely in response to these global supply chain issues. For a company that prides itself in getting orders to customers super quickly, these shortages are a major concern. While some popular items are already looking a bit scarce, we have advice for how to cop the product you're looking to buy. Some pro tips: If you're buying a gaming console, a robot vacuum, a laptop, a smartphone, or a smartwatch, snag them early. These products are almost guaranteed to go fast once the sales start.

Considering that availability is the name of the game this shopping holiday, the best way for consumers to avoid running into supply issues is to buy early. If you see hot-ticket items like AirPods, iPads, or gaming consoles drop in price, you'd best scoop them up while they're still in stock — or you might have to write an IOU for a loved one's holiday gift.
