James Corden's bake-off contest with his staff gets very brutal, very fast

This one's not quite at the Jason-Momoa-judging-pumpkins level, but it's not far off.

In the video above, James Corden and his assistant Sarah assess the baking skills of various Late Late Show staff members — and Corden really doesn't hold back. There are a few handshakes and congratulations, but mostly it's cold stares and confidence-shredding criticisms.
