Miserable Kings fans dedicate their subreddit to 'The Lion King' after abysmal trade

It has been an awful weekend for fans of the Sacramento Kings. 

Scratch that, it's been an awful decade for fans of the Sacramento Kings. It only got worse this weekend when the team announced they traded their star player for rookie Buddy Hield and a large bucket of ice.

And while fans were still reeling from the news, Kings General Manager Vlade Divac rubbed salt in the wound when he, for reasons beyond our comprehension, said he had a better deal two days ago.

Fans are frustrated. The Kings have had many opportunities to be great and have seen all-star after all-star move through their team like a revolving door.  Read more...
